Recruiting Process

1. Understand Your Requirements

We will get to know employer's requirements, like skill sets, experience, language, personality, timeframe and etc.

2. Find Potential Candidates

We will get to know employer's requirements, like skill sets, experience, language, personality, timeframe and etc.

3. Necessary Training if Needed

Certain positions may require extra training on language fluency and specific skill sets. We will train the candidate to meet all the standards.

4. Interview

After the training is done, the employer can request the candidate to perform a demonstration on their skills via a video conference.

5. Visa Application

When the job is offered, our in-house immigration lawyer will help the candidate apply for Work Permit and all other legal paperwork.
